For those with a passion for ideas, this 2-year programme offers you the opportunity to specialize in the technology and operations businesses, and develop expertise that will prepare you to drive innovation in banking.
As a Graduate Associate, you will undergo rigorous training to build banking and finance, project management and personal development skills. Specifically designed job rotations will give you insights into the different functions across the technology and operations businesses. We will also provide mentorship and networking opportunities that will broaden your horizons and sharpen your innovative edge. The DBS MAP/GAP is looking to hire the sharpest thinkers who are interested in shaping the future of banking in Asia. To be considered for the MAP programme, you should possess a good Honors degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper Honors) or a Masters degree in any discipline from a reputable university; to be considered for the GAP programme, you should possess a Bachelor degree and above in any discipline from a reputable university. If you have already graduated but have less than 2 years' work experience, you are welcome to apply as well. We are seeking outstanding individuals with diverse interests and backgrounds who are ready to face the enriching and exciting challenges that the MAP/GAP offers.
